SDROA MIS (Program & Education Management): This module provides a centralized digital infrastructure for managing multifaceted educational and developmental programs across diverse regions. It tracks everything of grant-funded initiatives in real-time, providing stakeholders with a transparent, data-driven view of program impact and operational efficiency. VantagePoint HRMIS: This comprehensive solution digitizes the entire employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, and leave management—to create a secure "single source of truth" for personnel data. CARE Afghanistan Payroll System (Automated Financial Integrity): Serving as a mission-critical financial backbone for 15 years, this automated module is linked directly to the HRMIS database to transition monthly performance and attendance into precise salary disbursements. The system’s core logic automatically calculates compensation and charges it to the relevant project codes, eliminating manual error and maintaining a strict, 15-year track record of audit-ready accountability. The VantagePoint ERP offers total flexibility, allowing for a complete end-to-end deployment of all modules as utilized by SDROA or a targeted, partial integration. For instance, CARE Afghanistan employs a customized version of our HR and Payroll components, tailored to their specific internal workflows. This modular approach ensures organizations can scale their digital infrastructure precisely to their operational requirements and budget.

The "A-to-Z" Lifecycle Management Unlike generic monitoring tools, APPMR is built to mirror the real-world humanitarian workflow. It manages the entire project trajectory through integrated modules: Proposal & Allocation: The system begins at the inception phase, recording project proposals and formalizing resource requirements before a single shipment is moved. Operational Tracking: It monitors the "middle-mile" of the project, tracking the movement and distribution of food and non-food items across complex geographical regions. Real-Time Monitoring (M&E): Field data is captured and compiled directly into the database, providing a live look at distribution progress against set targets. Impact & Outcome Analysis: Beyond simple tracking, the application aggregates data for high-level research, allowing for deep-dive analysis into the long-term effects and impacts of WFP interventions. The APPMR is installed within the WFP Intranet to ensure maximum data sovereignty and security, operating as a closed-loop system with no external links to protect sensitive humanitarian data.
